Student Wellbeing is inextricably linked to your success and learning. In order to be ready and prepared for learning, and to be fully engaged in all of ISU campus life, its important that we are physically, mentally, socially, spiritually, and emotionally well.
Many college students report struggling with some aspect of their wellbeing while in college. You are not alone and we are here to help.
Thrive@ISU is a confidential program to help you identify areas of your wellbeing that may be affecting your experience at ISU and to help facilitate a student driven plan to help you Thrive!
As part of the program, you will complete a confidential, holistic wellbeing survey, engage in some reflection questions, and meet with Thrive program staff to develop a plan that will help you enhance your wellbeing.
Thrive@ISU is not counseling or medical treatment. It is a student led program to help you learn about areas of wellbeing that may be affecting you, to learn about resources of support at ISU, and to help you generate some next steps to help you Thrive!
